I have been running around Trakanon's Teeth for a while looking for froglock foragers and froglock hunters so I can get the key to zone into Old Sebilis. Using both a ranger and a druid with tracking nothing ever shows up. I have done this quest many times on different servers and never had to kill any placeholders or anything to complete this quest. I don't think I had to initiate this quest with the emperor either. Am I doing something wrong or did the hunters and foragers all just disappear? Thanks for your help.
