Clarification

Finally received the following response to a character transfer request

"None of the TO accounts exist on the server. Re-request when they do."

The accounts listed are existing login server accounts. What does "not exist on the server" mean? The whole point was to be able to box characters that are currently on the same account, so they don't have any Grand Creation characters currently. Do I have to make up a character on these accounts, and then delete them after the transfer is done?

Or was it simply a matter of confusion, I listed the FROM account first, and the TO account second. Am I supposed to list the TO account first, and the FROM second?

 

I recall that I had to make a toon when I did a similar style thing on a server ages ago.. so do make a level 1 placeholder.

 

they need to hit character select on PEQ, otherwise the accounts aren't in our DB.
