CLI Management Interface Help - Self Hosted Server

    I am dabbling in running my own server and I need some help accessing the CLI Management Interface on the log in server. When I run the application I get the following error:

    [LoginServer] [Info] Config System Init
    [LoginServer] [Info] MySQL Database Init
    [LoginServer] [Error] Failed to connect to database: Error: [#1045: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: *******)]

    Anyone have luck getting into the CLI Management Interface and can help me out?
