Is the formula or arbitrary list of what level buff will land on what toon available anywhere? I know 60 will land on 47, but what about 62? 68? ect. Ive tried searching the forums but cannot find this layed out anywhere as I know we dont use the same formula as live. Thank you in advanced.

I dont have any info on in-era live, but current live, 70 buffs will stick to a lvl 47. So we're a bit more restrictive than live, but I have no doubts that its in era accurate as the last time i played on live (PoP) Tranq/VoQ (I played Chanter) wouldn't stick to a 47. I just wanted to know what our restrictions were for setting up e3 ini's as the posts about (current) live are not how it is here.
