As far as I can tell, some do. I think most are not yet added, however I understand it is being worked on. Tailoring and Blacksmithing also need the cultural quests added as well, so there's a bit more to it than just adding the recipes.

I wouldn't use that. You never know how up-to-date it is. Instead, you should use the current database source. Right up at the top of this forum there is a link to the editor...
how do I use current database source are you talking about http://www.projecteq.net/edit/index.php?editor=items&id=45220&action=2 I am not sure how to use that. say I get an in game drop like Storm Cloud I want to know if its in as an ingredient and for what. I've used eqtraders.com before but found lot of recipes were just unusable. eqemulator seems better. not sure how to use peq db for this
