Quest turn-in got eaten.

(sorry i originally posted this in the quest bugs forum, i would really appreciate if someone has a few mins to investigate and maybe return my items if it was a bug).
If i did something wrong, it would be good to know what happened.

I just tried to turn in - Burning Rapier & Head of Lon the Redeemed (Lon's Head) to Pazin Punox
He did not give me back the - Vein Rot Sketch.

Character i was on - Anansi
Using - RoF2

Happened around 20:18 UK time. On September 29th 2022
(15:18 Eastern Standard Time - not sure what zone the GMs are in)

Fully understand or you would be receiving so many requests from people, but the thought of doing the Burning Rapier quest again makes me very sad.... such a long quest.

I will get to it sometime when i can face it, and keep working on this series of quests.
