   I was trying to do the turn in for OoW teir 1 legs on my cleric Zaern in Nobles causeway but lagged out a lot and then the Dragorn City Embers disappeared and the I got a message saying I already had one in my inventory.
   
   Happened about 9:20ish PST.

   That is odd. Check your bank and see if you can grab that one I just put in there.
