I have checked Magelo for toon name and it doesn't exist. Also, toon doesn't show up under guild either. But can't create new toon with same name either. Thoughts ?
when was the last time the toon was logged in? new or old toon? is the account information previously registered in your autologin.ini? can you see the toon under the "Game Accounts" tab? If you have the information in the Autologin.ini, but can't see the toon in the "Game Accounts" tab then perhaps your information is inaccurate. The "Game Accounts" tab will list characters even if they were deleted previously.
