Since I'm using a custom bat file to launch my clients I ran into a small problem where auto login wouldn't work. I used the launch_client_nowineq.bat file that has each client's window titled with the character's name that's being logged in. For some odd reason MQ2Autologin.ini wouldn't work when the UseMQ2Login= had a 1. When I changed that to a 0 it logins just fine now. I hope this helps other new players.
