Bezerker Epic 1.0 help

I have recently started working on my zerker epic's i was doing 2 at the same time went from step 1 to step 2 on both and went to Lingering Axefall at which point i handed in My Throwing Axe of the Spirit to AxeFall on both zerkers killed the BloodBeast and looted tooth on one when i went on other Zerker to say Defeat to spawn bloodbeast again it did nothing i left for a few hours and tried again on Zurberger and had no response not knowing i than thought i had to start over so i went back to Keras McArik deleted my Medal of Blood and tried to start over with no luck can i please get some help to complete my Epic .

 

What happens when you Hail, Keras McArik?
