    I didn't mean to come off as a smart@$$, I created the accounts and it tells me they exist under my forum - If I've screwed up somewhere, please let me know and how to fix it.

    Forum accounts are just forum accounts. Until you actually log into the game (at least the character select), the account hasn't been established on the server.

    I logged into both and created 2 placeholder toons - will that do the trick?

    That will work. I’ve not seen a need for a dummy character, but it doesn’t hurt.
