sorry I could of sworn I had all those accounts logged on cause I remember seeing a previous post from someone that couldn't have his toons transfered because they hadn't logged on yet. Anyways, both those account have now been logged on now and I even created a toon on each just to make sure the account is definately active. Sorry for the trouble and thanks
