This was driving me nuts. EQ was getting grouped by which Everquest folder it was launching from. Only happened when I used my PowerShell script because AutoHotKey was already added. Many thanks!
I like Chaline's solution of using different shortcuts, cuz I like the flexibility of stacking each group together. so 6 windows to a stack.
