    sample for people in case one doesnt exist, for getting population control from wayfarer bitral:

    I could be wrong but I was using /yes to accept the tasks. I had 3 characters that needed factioning up for Norrath's Keepers, so I bound one wizard next to the NPC and a second wizard in Stillmoon, then just teleported to bind back and forth killing 20 and getting the quest. It didn't take long at all to get to indifferent.
