If i load 2 spells that have linked cooldowns like Tears of Solusek and Tears of Druzzil and cast one of them. The other spell may return TRUE for Me.SpellReady even though it is locked out. Additionally, if you /cast the spell that is locked out but reporting ready, the spell will actually start casting and then fail.
