Need GM to manually fix GLITCHED player level. (Reposted for Mubi)

Reposting this again for Mubi.

ACCOUNT EXPERIENCE LEVEL GLITCHED: NEED GM INTERVENTION
Need someone with access to change Player levels to please address this issue.

Player Name: Mubi - This is his main account.
He experienced a death loop and used the expedient recovery AA.
( I was told he had +1400 corpses)
Now, he is stuck in lvl 69. The account will not level back to lvl 70.

Currently, he is WELL WELL past the point in lvl 69 to level up to 70.
MQ2 shows over 200% of lvl 69 currently completed.

Mubi needs someone to MANUALLY

Either, set his current exp back down at 69.99
or Set him to lvl 70.​

This account is unable to level up to 70 in current state.
It continues to gain more experience in lvl 69.
Going out and killing more stuff WILL NOT resolve this issue for him.
This is preventing him from wearing his armors.
