Phinigel Autropos corpse timer

It seems like the corpse rot timer for Phinny is not correct. I am not certain what the original was at launch but during Velious when my mage finished the epic the timer was 30 mins, on PEG the timer is 8 mins.

Perhaps it is correct if the original timer was 8. I never killed fish sticks during vanilla and some later patch increased the timer, but he is listed as a raid boss and those timers are normally 30 mins so it makes sense that 8 is wrong.
