    I'm using the official MQ2+e3 build. I was wondering if there is a new version using MQ2next available somewhere ?

    It would have to be compatible with PEQ game rules or a version made compatible with them. I guess it could happen, but I wouldn't expect that for a long time. Just my 2 cents.
